You circle whatever you last landed on, gathering speed and waiting for the angle you want.
Orbit. Tap. Land. Again.
One tap releases you along the tangent. There is no aim stick and no second chance mid‑flight.
Hit close to the centre and the landing is perfect. Chain perfects and the streak pays up to ten shards a landing.
Miss the window and the streak resets to nothing. The sky is infinite sideways as well as up, so there is always another way through.
Caught mid‑climb

The higher you climb, the stranger the sky gets
-
The Sun
A lethal star fills the corridor, throwing slow prominences off its limb. You climb its flanks on rungs that barely clear the heat.
-
Black hole
The dark crawls at half speed inside its corridor, which is the only mercy on offer. Two rings of crystal comets turn around it, cracking apart as you ride them.
-
Pulsar sweep
A neutron star holds two beams still until you commit to the ring, then starts turning. Orbiting will not save you. The dark stops dead here, so take your time.
-
Blackout nebula
Sight collapses to a bubble around you and smoke rolls past. Shards each throw a little light of their own, so the loose currency becomes the trail of breadcrumbs.
-
Starfall
Amber crystal perches sit in a broken grid with holes punched through it. Two sweeps of shooting stars rake the open lanes between them from different sides.
-
Void crossing
No ground at all. Six burning ferries rise in a block at one shared speed, and the next set will not arrive until the last one has climbed away.
